Basics
Description
- Description:
The complex consists of 33 homes homes located in a unique setting with sweeping views. Homes, gardens and communal areas have been designed to blend with the natural surroundings. The swimming pool area is planted with shrubs and tropical plants.
The perimeter walls are made of solid brick walls on the lower part, rendered with the same cement mortar as the building façades, topped with metal carpentry. This reduces the visibility of the interior of the complex from outside.
Natural footpaths and steps will be decorated with plants to create a pleasant atmosphere and a naturally controlled outdoor temperature.
Car park entrances will have printed concrete flooring with LED lighting. Exterior rendering will be carried out using two-layer mortar.Air conditioning and domestic hot water:
Air-conditioning is provided by a highly efficient aerothermal system that extracts energy from the air and uses it for heating and cooling: 75% from outside air and 25% from electricity consumption. This highly efficient technique qualifies as renewable energy due to low CO2 emissions.Interior air quality:
Homes are designed and built to ensure optimum ventilation. Graphite-coloured aluminium window and door frames with thermal bridging and sun protection double glazing provide maximum thermal and acoustic comfort.Innovative design. Special consideration has been given to the use of every available eco-efficient resource during the design process.
CTE (Technical Building Code)
Homes have been built to meet the most demanding CTE (Technical Building Code) standards for optimum energy efficiency, and have "B" project certification. The complex has a communal swimming pool, with water purification by means of saline electrolysis. The swimming pool surround is made with non-slip paving. The pool basin will be lined with ceramic material. The complex will feature a chill out area in the garden for the enjoyment of all residents.
